Allcard partners with TECO, Taiwan’s leading Smart Card Tech provider

_MG_7841Allcard Plastics Philippines Incorporated, the leading full plastic card producer and innovator in the Philippines has signed an exclusive partnership with TECO Electric and Machinery Company Limited, Taiwan’s no. 1 Smart card technology company to promote the advantages and benefits of card solutions application in the Philippines.

The partnership agreement was witnessed by top executives of both companies, headed by Allcard President and CEO A. Cue, TECO Senior Manager for Legal Affairs David Yu, Allcard General Manager Roy Ebora, Deputy sector executive Vincent Hsieh, Carlson Wang and Eddie Chen.

Allcard marketing manager Franz Reyes, who also witnessed the signing at the Allcard headquarters in Libis Quezon City, said that the partnership of both companies will greatly improve the use of smart card solutions in the country.

Allcard is the leading card solutions innovator in the country, serving nine out of ten top banks and two out of three top telecommunications in the Philippines. Established in 2001, Allcard has been providing card solutions to top local firms particularly in the use of both contact and contactless cards.

TECO, meanwhile, is the leading supplier of smart card technology services in Asia.  TECO spearheaded the globally renown Taiwan Health Care Smart Card Project which now powers the needs of 23 million Taiwanese citizens.

This partnership, says Reyes, will greatly benefit Allcard clients, especially banks, schools, private companies and telecommunications.
