Jason Ivler, serial road freak, escaped the NBI and is now in Hawaii
Jason Ivler, the suspect also known as “road freak”, is reportedly already in Hawaii. He has a pending warrant of arrest for the killing of Nestor Ponce and Renato Ebarle. Marlene Aguilar, mother of Ivler, told the National Bureau of Investigation that an email she got from her son indicated that Jason Ivler is now living comfortably in Hawaii.
How the hell did Ivler escaped the reported “dragnet” thrown at him by the NBI, the PNP and the Immigration? This is an embarrassment to the entire police enforcement establishment here in the Philippines. This is a shame to the entire government, a slap in the face for every police out there in the streets.
Of course, a high-profile suspect such as Ivler cannot go out of the country without the help and collusion of certain government officials, especially in the Immigration bureau. Who caused the escape of Ivler, who was last seen in November 18, the same day he shot to death Ebarle over a traffic altercation?
Ivler is no ordinary guy. He’s the nephew of Freddie Aguilar and the step-son of an ADB official. He’s rich. He’s well connected. And, obviously, has dough to spread around.
